It's our policy to use open protocol so, once your fire protection system is installed it can be re-programmed, service and maintained without the need to refer to the original installers or manufacturers.

Pitts Wilson Fire do of course provide a full after-care service. Depending on your requirements we'll provide a cost effective maintenance and service package that includes system testing and certification.
