Design and Build project including installation of generator, amendments to the incoming services, enhanced distribution system to provide the client with a robust electricity supply, installation of data centre power and lighting, remodelling of 40,000ft2 of office space to include additional lighting, new under floor power distribution, voice & data installation to over 700 outlets, additional fire alarm to suit the revised layouts, intruder alarm and access control.
